Software Engineer

Skills: C++, Java, Python

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, or any of our India Offices.

• Contribute across the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing,
  deployment, and support.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with best practices.
• Build and integrate features that enhance functionality and user experience.
• Support verification through unit and integration testing to ensure quality.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and live system improvements.
•  Incorporate feedback from peers and stakeholders to strengthen solutions.
• Collaborate in agile teams, learning from mentorship and shared expertise.
• Assist in creating technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Pursuing B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Computer Science, MCA, or related
  fields.
• The opportunity is open to students from all branches. However, candidates from noncircuit branches must have successfully completed at least one mandatory Computer
  Science–related course to be eligible for further selection rounds.
• Consistent academic performance (minimum 60% / 6 CGPA) with no active backlogs.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language: Java, Python, or C++.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative
  environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science/MCA or Integrated Course in CS/IT & Circuit Branches with no active backlogs and a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA throughout.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of any programming language (C/C++/Java/Python).
• The opportunity is open to students from all branches. However, candidates must have successfully completed at least one mandatory Computer Science–related course to be eligible for further selection rounds.

4. Round 2 – The shortlisted candidates will be invited for another technical assessment.
5. Round 3 – The Bounteous × Accolite TA team will review your profile and assessment reports, and will reach out to you to set up your virtual interviews.
6. Interview Process – The interview process generally spans 3–4 weeks from initial contact through completion, comprising 2–3 technical rounds and concluding with an HR round.
