Job Description

Join the GenAI & Automation team to help design and build AI-assisted solutions aimed at enhancing accounting, reconciliation, analytics, and reporting workflows. This role is all about leveraging Generative AI, low-code platforms to simplify complex, control-driven processes.

What You’ll Work On:  

  • Building GenAI-driven solutions for real business challenges across accounting, reconciliations, analytics, and reporting 

  • Experimenting with LLMs for summarization, classification, and data extraction tasks  

  • Supporting end-to-end workflow automation using Python and the Microsoft Power Platform  

  • Managing structured and unstructured data from various enterprise systems  

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing AI-assisted and automated workflows using both GenAI and rule-based approaches  

  • Break down business problems into step-wise automatable components  

  • Write Python scripts for data processing and workflow automation  

  • Use SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytics  

  • Support LLM integration into workflows with prompt design, testing, and iteration  

  • Help maintain and troubleshoot production automations

  • Document solutions to align with governance and audit requirements  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field  

  • Strong academic/project exposure, in Python, SQL, or data analysis  

  • Experience with automation or low-code tools  

  • Strong interest in GenAI, automation, and applied analytics  

Preferred Skills:  

  • Working knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy), SQL (joins, aggregations, filtering), and Microsoft Power Platform  

  • Basic understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts  

  • Ability to think in process flows and automation steps  

  • Projects or certifications in GenAI, analytics, or automation are a plus  

  • Exposure to finance, reporting, or regulated environments is an advantage  

  • Experience with APIs or tool integration is nice to have
