Job Description:

HCL provides an opportunity to students who are in their final year of graduation or post-graduation to undergo an internship.

Students who are looking for learning in counselling, recruitment, HR process like interview/ document verification, sales etc. can apply

The candidate have to

• Updating of the database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc.
• Calling up the candidates and fixing up assessments and interviews
• Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release and to bank for loan process
• Co-coordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same
• Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization

Education Criteria: MBA Freshers (2024-25 pass-out batch)
