UBS is hiring for the role of IT System Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and manage new onboarding projects.
• Set up and maintain Informatica shared platform environments on-premises and in the cloud.
• Ensure “lights on” support by keeping services operational across all environments (Dev/UAT).
• Implement security standards and roles, and maintain and improve existing deployment and build mechanisms.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, patches, and service pack implementations across environments.
• Support new product proof-of-concept projects and curate new services.
• Provide innovative input to address global IT data requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting, DB2, AzureSQL, PostgreSQL, and MS Fabric.
• Experience with Informatica Data Integration and Quality tools in batch or real-time environments.
• Proficiency in Informatica V10.x administration and above, with multi-tenancy implementation; knowledge of Informatica IDMC or Azure Cloud Data Management tools is a plus.
• Confidence and experience in an Informatica/Azure Data Factory development or support environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in an Information Technology field.
• Strong communication skills to explain technology to non-technical audiences.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize effectively in a complex environment.
