Join Brivo’s Product team to support the growth of cutting-edge AI video and physical security products, including Eeva, Gun Detection, LPR, and Person of Interest. You will research AI product opportunities, engage with customers and resellers, set up and manage product pilots, evaluate results, and help optimize performance through prompt and setting adjustments. This role will also involve analyzing pilot feedback and supporting the Product and Engineering teams in improving AI products for real-world use.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Research on vertical opportunities for AI products including Eeva, Gun Detection, LPR, Person of Interest.
2.  Set up and drive meetings with end customers and resellers looking to set up pilots for the above AI products, primarily Eeva.
3.  Monitor and optimise the ongoing pilots and review the progress including modifying prompts, optimising settings, reviewing accuracy, benchmarking results. 
4.  Capture and structure customer feedback from pilots into actionable product inputs including  logging feature requests, false positive/negative patterns, and edge cases and maintaining a running backlog view for the PM team.
5.  Build and maintain competitive intelligence on AI video analytics vendors by tracking feature releases, pricing, accuracy claims, and positioning across competitors
6.  Create enablement and documentation assets for AI products including  pilot playbooks, use case one-pagers, demo scripts and internal FAQs so reseller and sales teams can run pilots with less PM involvement.
    

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

1.  Good written and spoken communication skills
2.  Exposure to Prompt Engineering
3.  Comfort with data analysis and structured evaluation  such as being able to work through spreadsheets, compare accuracy across test runs, and reason about metrics like precision/recall and false positive rates without needing hand-holding on the basics.
4.  Have done atleast 1 project as a PM intern or a Research  / Business Analyst.

Good to have:
 

1.  Working understanding of computer vision or video AI concepts.
2.  Should grasp what detection, classification, and model confidence mean, and be able to hold a credible conversation with engineers and customers.
