About the Role

TravClan is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Operations Interns to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, travel agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth bookings and seamless post-booking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings and day-to-day business operations.
• Manage customer and vendor feedback, queries, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Complete agent KYC processes accurately and within the required timelines.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely responses to queries.
• Manage post-booking activities, including:
  • Booking confirmations
  • Voucher sharing
  • Supplier coordination
  • Query resolution
  • Other operational requirements
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
• Maintain accurate operational records and follow established processes.

Full-Time Job Opportunity

Successful interns may be considered for a permanent position with an expected salary of ₹5,40,000 per year (₹5.4 LPA), subject to performance and company requirements.
