Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day will involve designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the applications function smoothly and support organizational goals. Your role will require attention to detail and a focus on delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Throughout the day, you will engage in activities that contribute to the development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and ongoing support, ensuring that applications remain reliable and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application development processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of applications.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on application-related tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements to translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic problem-solving skills to contribute to resolving application-related issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
