Join us as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and contribute to the creation of original software products powering our e-mobility solutions. In this role, you’ll be immersed in modern front-end development with ReactJS, collaborate closely with backend teams, and help build high-quality interfaces designed for our customers.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices
• Develop reusable React components and libraries for efficient project development
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups into functional components
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
• Conduct thorough testing of front-end components to identify and fix bugs or issues
• Optimize web application performance through code optimization and performance tuning techniques
• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in web technologies and tools
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues as needed, ensuring smooth operation of web applications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and enhance internal applications
• Provide cross-functional support for a minimum of five days as required

Requirements:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; multilingual is preferable
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good presentation skills
• Should be able to travel for business purposes
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software manual testing, Agile methodology, version control using GitHub, and responsive web design
• Intermediate level in programming languages: JavaScript, UI styling in CSS, React JS
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or any other relevant discipline
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.

Benefits

1. Training Period Compensation (First 12 Months): A monthly compensation of INR 25,000 for bachelor degree and INR 30,000 for master degree holders, plus a performance-based incentive of INR 5,000 per month.
