Job Description

 Tech Stack Exposure:

You will have the opportunity to work on one or more of the following technologies:

• ServiceNow Development: Build smart, scalable workflows using ServiceNow-a leading cloud platform that automates IT, HR and business processes. You will get Hands-on exposure to CMDB (Configuration Management Database), designing workflow automations, creating reports and dashboards, and understanding how enterprise service management works in real-world environments.

• Intelligent Automation: Create bots, scripts and automated solutions using Power Automate, AWX, Python, Selenium and Agentic AI- a new frontier in automation where AI agents can reason, act, and collaborate autonomously to solve complex tasks.

• Monitoring: Develop solutions to monitor and optimize performance using tools like Splunk Cloud, Observability, and SolarWinds. You will learn how to build monitoring solutions and dashboard to monitor complex systems, detect anomalies, and ensure high availability of critical services.

• Cloud Development & Operations: Work on cloud-native applications and services across platforms like Azure and AWS, contributing to scalable and resilient cloud solutions.

 After completion of the 12-month program, you will be allocated to a team based on business requirements, which will be determined through a collaborative conversation involving you, the program sponsor, your advisor, and relevant business and HR personnel.

Your Role

·       You will complete the required classroom training and solve business problems through case study

·       2 rotations within the Technology organization over the course of the program

·       Learn the end-to-end Invesco business model and growth strategy (product, investment, sales, operations and corporate services)

·       Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

·       Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS); certifications are an added advantage

• Contribute to the team goals and achieve individual goals assigned during the rotations

• Contribute to Invesco Connects & BRG groups

• Complete regular check-ins with Rotation Manager & Program Lead
