Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via calls, emails & social media
- Build & maintain strong client relationships
- Present, pitch & close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing & ops teams
Requirements:
- Freshers & Graduates welcome
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing & client engagement
- Goal-oriented & eager to grow
Compensation & Growth:
- Probation (3 months): ₹15K + up to ₹10K incentives
- Post Probation: Up to ₹4 - ₹8 LPA
- Fast-track growth to Manager roles
