About the Role:

We're seeking a Junior Cloud Solutions Engineer with AWS expertise and ITIL knowledge to design, implement, and support cloud solutions for our clients.

Required Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
ITIL v4 Foundation
Preferred: IELTS (6.5+ overall) or equivalent English certification (TOEFL iBT 79+, PTE Academic 58+, Cambridge English B2+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Follow ITIL processes for change and release management
• Provide technical support for AWS infrastructure
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
• Create architecture documentation and diagrams
• Assist in cloud migration projects

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture
• Knowledge of ITIL service management framework
• Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
