Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Frontend Developer Intern.

The intern will take ownership of developing and improving Vigovia’s website and product modules. As our tech team is still in its early stage, this role suits someone who can work independently, learn quickly, and contribute directly to building the foundation of our product.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Developing responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaborating with design and business teams to turn ideas into working features.
• Integrating APIs and ensuring seamless data flow between front-end and back-end.
• Maintaining clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Suggesting and implementing UI/UX improvements.

Effective Stipend: Up to ₹20,000 per month (includes a fixed stipend of ₹10,000/month and a completion bonus up to ₹50,000 based on performance and contribution)

Duration: 3–6 months (depending on project scope)

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
