Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR practices, policies, and trends.
• Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
