PayU Finance is the credit and lending arm of the PayU brand (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Prosus group, previously Naspers group) headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. PayU Finance India has disbursed about 20 billion loans to date by volume and has disbursed more than $280 million in consumer credit. PayU Finance provides consumers with easy access to affordable short-term loans up to INR 5 lacs that can be availed in the form of personal loans, point of sale EMI, and express loans. PayU Finance operates under two brands - LazyPay and PaySense, with a focus on Buy Now Pay Later and personal loan products.

About the Role:
• Verify Customer Personas: Assist in verifying and updating customer personas to ensure they accurately reflect our target audience.
• Conduct Customer Interviews: Engage with customers through interviews to gain deeper insights into their needs, preferences, and behaviours.
• Consumer Identification/ Calling: Working with internal teams to identify current and potential customers to conduct this on scale
• Crafting marketing communication: Working with Marketing team to marry customer learnings and business learnings and craft a marketing communication
• Creating content with AI: Leveraging AI tools to establish scale with content across internal and external marketing initiatives
