Engineering Department: Responsive is looking for B.E. students graduating in 2025 for the role of “Engineering Interns”.

• “Engineering Intern” from July 1st 2024 (9-12 months or completion of graduation)

• “Associate Software Engineer” after successful completion of internship and graduation

We are looking for a Software Development Intern who is passionate about building scalable systems, willing to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working on software development with writing clean & efficient codes.

• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts

• Contributing and actively participating in feature implementation, product development, and programming.

• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.

• Troubleshooting, debugging, improving & maintaining existing software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Computer Science / IT)

• Strong command over at least one modern programming language such as C++ or Java or Python.

• Excellent knowledge in Data Structures Algorithms.

• Excellent programming logic & problem-solving skills.

• Must be obsessed with solving complex problems

• Exposure in AI/ML is an added advantage

 Compensation: Annual CTC 6.5L PA (including performance incentive)

Skills Needed: 

• Java Programming, design patterns, and server-side Java.

• Demonstrable versatility in multiple front-end and back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Any NoSQL DB etc.)
