About the Role

We’re looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
• Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
• Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
• Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
• Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
• Create supporting carousel and social media content.
• Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interest in YouTube, content, and digital media.
• Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
