HCL Tech Hiring Process Associate / Associate - Fresher- Mechatronics or B.Tech / B.E - Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic 2024 Graduated.

This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support.

Fresher candidates should be prepared on the below skillset for interview:

• Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of technical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution.
• IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel,)
• Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and Time management ability.
