You'll work alongside AI developers and a project manager to bring our tools to life visually designing interfaces that are not only functional but also delightful and intuitive. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our AI POCs and internal platforms are easy to use, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Design beautiful, clean, and functional interfaces for internal AI tools and dashboards.

• Translate technical requirements and AI outputs into clear, user-friendly layouts and interactions.

• Create design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines to support rapid POC iterations.

• Build high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Collaborate with the full-stack developer to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

• Improve accessibility and usability through thoughtful interaction design and responsive layout strategies.

• Design components such as visual summaries, chat-style interfaces, AI explanation layers, and progress trackers.

• Continuously test designs with internal users to validate flows and reduce friction.

Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in web/UI/UX design, ideally in tech or SaaS.

• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), or Sketch.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to development (not mandatory to code, but a plus).

• Experience designing for internal platforms, dashboards, or AI-enhanced UIs.

• Knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Familiarity with designing for developer handoff, using tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.

• Bonus: Experience creating visuals for complex data, workflows, or AI decision trees.

Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
