Key expectations / responsibilities for the role will be:

1. Understand several business use cases / types of calls (including the call objective, identifying what is the key to achieving the end goal of the call, ideal script etc.)
2. Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation
3. Parametrize the call audit structure to ensure uniform and objective evaluation of all calls
4. Monitor caller's product / use case knowledge, ability to handle objections, interruptions, call closure
5. Draw insights from the calls and identify areas of improvement, best practices etc.
6. Prepare quality reports for calling team 

1. Experience in training / coaching / sales setting in outbound tele sales organization / contact center

2. Demonstrated ability to create call scripts and communications

3. Comfort / evidence of ability to do data monitoring, MIS creation, dashboard preparation, reporting

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of interacting with stakeholders across multiple levels .
