About the Role

We are looking for a curious, motivated, and proactive Junior Software Developer to join our team. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for graduates who are eager to begin their careers in software development and explore emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will work closely with senior developers on software development, testing, debugging, deployment, and automation tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to international customers and cutting-edge technologies.

Knowledge of AI is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

• Collaborate with senior developers and team members to deliver project requirements.

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to debugging and problem-solving.

• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

• Understand client requirements and contribute to solutions that align with their business goals.

• Explore and learn emerging technologies, tools, and development practices.

• Contribute to AI-related projects such as chatbots, automation, AI agents, or intelligent applications when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• 0–1 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Completed relevant training, certification, internship, or academic projects in software development.

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any other programming language.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to challenges.

• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with team members.

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

• Professional and confident communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and align technical work with business objectives.

• A proactive, ownership-driven approach toward tasks and responsibilities.

AI & Emerging Technology Knowledge – Good to Have

Candidates with exposure to the following will have an added advantage:

• Basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Prompt Engineering

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face

• AI Agents

• Chatbots and conversational AI

• Automation tools and intelligent workflows

Note: AI knowledge is desirable but not mandatory. A strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, and a genuine willingness to learn are more important.
