Mentor Partnership Internship Opportunity with OGcollege

We are thrilled to announce an internship opportunity for driven individuals to showcase their communication and outreach skills with OGcollege! We are looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our mentor community by reaching out to potential mentors, answering their queries and onboarding them onto the platform. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in stakeholder communication, partnership building and process coordination.

This is a remote internship (6-7 hours /day) and Urgent Hiring.

Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential student mentors from top colleges through platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram and YouTube.
2. Explain the value proposition of OGcollege and resolve any basic queries about the mentor role.
3. Coordinate and conduct onboarding calls with interested mentors.
4. Share and follow up on the mentor onboarding form and ensure all SOPs are followed.
5. Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding status in shared trackers.

Requirements:

1. Strong english communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Comfortable initiating conversations and explaining ideas clearly.

3. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Meet.

4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel to track progress.

5. Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.

Compensation:

₹2000-3000/month (fixed stipend) + Performance-based incentives based on onboarding milestones and follow-ups.
