About the Role:

Work directly with the Founders (ex-Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Google) on real financial applications and SaaS products. 

Expect tight feedback loops, structured mentorship, and accelerated growth using Claude Code and other GenAI tools. 

What You’ll Do:

• Build user features in React (Vite + TypeScript)
• Implement APIs/services in Go/Python
• Design schemas, queries, and migrations in PostgreSQL
• Follow strong engineering practice: reviews, tests, CI/CD, observability
• Communicate progress/risks clearly; write crisp PRs and docs
• Use GenAI productively for refactors, tests, and documentation

Schedule & Availability (Important):

• In-person at our Bangalore office
• Flexible hours, but you must be available in evenings and on weekends for syncs and reviews.
• One weekday off per week is provided.

What We’re Looking For:

• Can-do, learning attitude with strong drive and diligence (aptitude > prior experience)
• Fundamentals: DSA basics, Good Communication Skills
• Exposure to React and either Go or Python (both is a plus)
• Willingness to learn TypeScript, backend patterns, and SQL performance
• Fluent, proactive communication; dependable ownership

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one—just bring seriousness, curiosity, and follow-through.

Nice to Have:

• Interest in Machine Learning and/or Financial Markets/Day Trading

• GenAI Tools subscription access
• Candidates from outside Bangalore welcome; train fare reimbursement up to 2A post joining (one-way)
• Stipend: 25k per month
