Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye to lead visual design across social media, ad campaigns, and brand assets. You will work closely with our content, growth, and strategy teams to produce high-quality designs that drive engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, experienced in social media formats (especially carousels and paid ads), and has a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling creatives for social media, including carousels, static posts, and paid ad creatives
  • Develop on-brand graphic assets aligned with campaign and growth objectives
  • Translate briefs into polished, high-performing designs in fast-paced delivery cycles
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and growth teams to ensure design aligns with strategy
  • Maintain and iterate on design systems, templates, and Figma libraries
  • Analyze performance feedback and optimize visuals for engagement and conversions
  • Ensure all designs meet platform-specific format requirements and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on digital and social media design
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize, iterate, and execute ideas
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, collaboration)
  • Hands-on experience designing carousel ads, social posts, and campaign creatives
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media and paid ad design work
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a marketing or creative agency
  • Basic knowledge of motion design or animation for social media
  • Understanding of performance metrics and how design impacts results
