Roles:

• Work on both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js/Express) to build scalable modules for web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, and Backend teams to convert ideas into functional features.
• Assist in developing reusable components, REST APIs, and micro-features that integrate with a centralized backend.
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint activities in an Agile environment.
• Support integration of frontend apps with Node.js–PostgreSQL backend using best practices.
• Help maintain code quality, write test cases, and ensure standards across multiple platforms (Web, Flutter, Android, iOS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy features using React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Design RESTful API endpoints with proper validations, error handling, and role-based access.
• Optimize web pages & backend services for high performance and scalability.
• Integrate APIs with responsive frontend components and reusable UI patterns.
• Follow version control (Git/GitHub) and maintain clean code with proper documentation.
• Assist in debugging issues, performing hotfixes, and improving application stability.
• Work with environment configurations, API integrations, and secure data flow.
• Write unit tests (Jest/Mocha) and help automate parts of CI/CD workflows.
• Adhere to open-source reliable libraries, LTS versions, and production-level coding standards.
• Conduct research on new features, frameworks, or improvements relevant to multi-app ecosystems.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • React.js (Hooks, State Management, Routing, Component Architecture)
  • Node.js & Express.js
  • MongoDB or PostgreSQL (preferably both)
  • REST API development
• Basic knowledge of Git, GitHub Flow, and API tools (Postman/Insomnia).
• Understanding of API authentication (JWT, OAuth, Sessions).
• Familiarity with responsive design, reusable UI, and component-based architecture.
• Good understanding of debugging, error handling, and logging.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Next.js or TypeScript.
• Exposure to microservices or modular backend architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka (for scalable systems).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.

Eligibility:

• B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or equivalent degree students or recent graduates.
• Prior projects, GitHub profile, or portfolio is a plus.
