Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for different flows in Source to Pay Process, Taxation and product management.
• Work collaboratively with business and act as a business partner and subject matter expert for all Finance Applications.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and drive cross-functional business and system requirements for the implementation and support of key financial processes.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Document business requirements, functional design, test scenarios and scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Work with Finance and other cross-functional teams to get a deep understanding of the processes and data flows, and translate business requirements into system functional specifications
• Work with Engineering and other technical teams to deliver the system solutions

Requirements:

• Experienced in end-to-end business process lifecycle—from design and automation to monitoring and refinement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in process standardization, digitalization, Lean/continuous improvement, and process management within GBS/SSC environments.
• Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay applications and modules across Oracle EBS and Fusion (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Payables), as well as SaaS platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Concur, and Workday—including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
