Job Overview:

The role involves creating high-quality technical documentation, including step-by-step installation manuals, IOMs (Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals), product descriptive content, and related technical materials for engineering products and projects. You will collaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including Installation Manuals, IOMs, Work Instructions, and product descriptive content.
• Use tools like Word and other documentation software to prepare illustrations, schematics, diagrams, and other visual content.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Produce high-quality product content describing types, features, applications, and industry relevance.
• Ensure documentation is technically accurate, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards.
• Analyze existing content and website materials to capture relevant information.
• Maintain version control and update documents based on engineering changes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
