Cultural Requirements:

• Good communication and ability to work independently (as the role will be fully remote)

• Use of latest AI tools to maximise productivity

Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity and experience developing with latest AI models, RAG, context engineering, etc.
• Knowledge of Python, Typescript, TanStack Query, Redis, etc.
• Knowledge of Websockets, Vector and Graph Databases (use in LLMs.)
• Good UI taste and knowledge of latest UI component libraries

Bonus:

• You are good with UI design (used libs like Shadcn, Material UI, etc.)
• Worked with Office JS API
• Worked with creating data connectors
• You have done AI research before
• You are a cool person to talk to

Notes:

• Fully remote (Full time 5 days a week)
• 80K INR Stipend / month
• Flexible work hours, but may need to work overtime based on business needs.
• Looking for a 6 months commitment, open to 3 months based on candidate.
