Job Description

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Aurangabad- Pune-based candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 0–2 Years
Qualification: MBA in Marketing (or equivalent)
Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Work From Home Marketing Executive to promote our mechanical/industrial products through digital marketing, online lead generation, and remote client interaction. The candidate will focus on identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team for on-field closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Online Marketing
    • Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, industry portals, and online databases.
    • Run email marketing campaigns and social media promotions to generate inquiries.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads for closure.
  • Customer Communication (Remote)
    • Conduct online meetings, product presentations, and demos via Zoom/Teams.
    • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to convert leads.
    • Respond to customer queries and share product information digitally.
  • Market Research & Reporting
    • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Prepare weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and campaign performance.
    • Coordination with On-Field Sales Team
    • Work closely with field executives for scheduling client visits, sending quotations, and order follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & persuasive skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of mechanical products (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation experience.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, or industrial product promotion.
