Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
• Manage and update social media profiles, creating engaging content and tracking performance.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, infographics, and social media graphics.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Learn and apply the latest digital marketing strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Open to freshers from all educational backgrounds including engineering, B-schools, and arts.
• Candidates who have passed out in 2025 are eligible to apply.
• No prior experience is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
