About the Role

Are you fascinated by the power of Generative AI and eager to shape the future of education and technology? At Coding Ninjas, we're building cutting-edge tools, internal products, and learner experiences that leverage the latest advancements in AI. As a Generative AI Intern, you’ll work closely with the Program team to drive internal AI experiments and contribute to building educational experiences around those innovations. You’ll get hands-on with emerging GenAI tools while solving open-ended problems that don’t yet have standard solutions. This isn’t just an internship — it's your chance to experiment, build, simplify, and leave a mark.

What You'll Actually Do

● Build and prototype internal Proof-of-Concepts using Generative AI tools like LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents

● Translate complex AI functionalities into simplified, learner-friendly content and formats

● Explore, test, and implement experimental GenAI workflows using Python and open-source tools

● Collaborate with program managers and content teams to align product and learning innovation

● Continuously learn and iterate on your ideas to improve usability and learner impact

What We’re Looking For

You're the kind of person who jailbreaks ChatGPT for fun, builds workflows for Everything, and constantly asks, “What if we tried this differently?”

● Strong Python programming skills

● Curiosity and basic understanding of how GenAI tools and workflows operate

● Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents (project-level or academic exposure is fine)

● Ability to approach problems creatively and think like a builder and a learner

● Strong communication and collaboration skills

● Availability to work full-time from our Gurugram office
