We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern – Technical Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hiring top tech talent and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. You will work closely with our HR and hiring teams to source, screen, and onboard the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Engage with candidates and provide a smooth interview and hiring experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives through job fairs, LinkedIn, and social media outreach.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technical recruitment and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
