• • Position/Title: Management Trainee (Web Application Developer)

    Experience: Fresher - 2 years  

    Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

    Department: Dev/Engineering

    Location: Hyderabad/Open to PAN India and willing to relocate to Hyderabad

    Shifts (if any): 11 am onwards (Candidate should be flexible to work as per business requirement)

     

    About the role:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Application Developer with knowledge in Python to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a part of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web solutions that align with our business goals.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to implement features and fix bugs.
    • Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate application wireframes and designs into functional web applications.
    • Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
    • Implement secure and robust APIs to support web applications.
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
    • Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and functionality of the application.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the development or production environment.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills.

    Skills/Certifications:

    • Strong proficiency in Python and web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
    • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.).
    • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
    • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
    • Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of web security best practices and application vulnerability mitigation.
    • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
    • Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.
    • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
