Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The candidate’s core responsibility would be to generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire
• Handle the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for Design Engineering Service Line
• Update BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third party
• Collaboration with Operational team and Interact with different stake holders.
• Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing.
• Associate quotes to line items in SAP
• Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer
• Collaborate with TL’s for any prioritization of BOM request
• Create re estimates for the Design Engineer
• Automation Tasks - Run DT to SAP BOM transfer, insert any missing/third-party materials
• Fire Tasks - Enter material in SAP per the fire deviation report and final as designed, insert any missing/third-party materials, adjust the as sold

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience
• Graduation in any discipline
