Key Responsibilities
 

• Web Development:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize our e-commerce website.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• E-Commerce Management:
• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and prices.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements to increase sales and user engagement.
• Analyze website metrics and customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Social Media Handling:
• Manage and grow our social media accounts.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Content Creation:
• Create engaging and high-quality content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
• Graphic Design Planning:
• Design visually appealing graphics for our online store, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Work with the design team to plan and execute graphic design projects.
• Product Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements and new product launches.
   

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in web development and e-commerce management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and software.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Energetic, passionate, and creative with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
