Candidate Responsibilities:

• Debugging, which includes identifying and addressing page speed and performance bottlenecks using tools such as Chrome Dev Tools, React Dev Tools, etc.
• Being comfortable with ambiguous problem statements and the capability to collaborate with a product partner to clarify and rectify requirements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science and a background in Software Development.
• While years of experience, background, and previous roles are informative, what we highly value are your knowledge, creativity, adaptability, teamwork, proactive attitude, and long-term vision.
• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem; experience in the Fintech space is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in small to medium-sized teams engaged in challenging projects using HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Proficiency in browser fundamentals and a deep understanding of web performance.
