We are looking for a Java AI Apprentice to work alongside senior engineers and architects in designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

This role offers hands-on experience in Java application development, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, cloud-native technologies, and microservices architecture. The apprentice will contribute to real-world enterprise solutions while developing practical skills in modern AI engineering and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, microservices, and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

• Assist in integrating Generative AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services supporting AI applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflows.

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.

• Develop AI agent workflows and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model accuracy, performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI applications on cloud platforms using containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Create technical documentation, developer guides, and knowledge-sharing materials for Java and AI solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, team discussions, and continuous learning activities.
