RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and manage Office 365, including user setup and configuration.
• Handle Outlook configuration and troubleshoot Outlook problems/issues effectively.
• Provide technical support to remote users for system, application, and VPN related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimum downtime.
• Perform day-to-day system checks and monitor system performance regularly.
• Evaluate and modify system performance, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues.
• Handle system-related issues single-handedly and ensure continuity in service.
• Train users and promote IT and cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain and create detailed documentation for procedures and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-1 year experience in a similar role is desirable.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook configuration is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose & solve hardware/software faults.
• Familiarity with VPN setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Capability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
