Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SurveySparrow's Salesforce AppExchange application.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Node.js and REST APIs.
• Configure custom objects, Flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce declarative features.
• Assist in managed package development, testing, and deployments.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce and Node.js applications.
• Write unit tests and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Learn new Salesforce features through Trailhead and official documentation.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, and performance.

Must-Have Skills

• Good knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration concepts.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Awareness of Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn independently using Trailhead and other technical resources.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Managed Packages (1GP/2GP).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Exposure to Visualforce and Aura Components.
• Basic knowledge of React.js.
• Good understanding of database concepts (SQL, data modeling, relationships, and queries).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.
• Exposure to Agentforce and AgentExchange.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
