About the Role

The UX Research Intern will work closely with the Product and Design teams to improve customer and seller experiences across Snapdeal platforms. The intern will participate in user research, problem discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing while leveraging AI-assisted design tools to accelerate design exploration and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end design process from problem discovery to solution validation.
• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex user problems.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for experience improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered design and research tools to enhance design efficiency and experimentation.
• Present design rationale, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications (Required)

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Final-year students and recent graduates are preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving ability, and UX/Product Design projects is mandatory.
