KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in designing and developing web applications using PHP on the back end and React on the front end.

• Work on integrating user-facing elements built with React with server-side logic written in PHP.

• Help build, test, and maintain APIs that connect the front end with the database and back-end services.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.

• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs across the stack.

• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for scalable web development.

• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data efficiently.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers in an agile environment.

• Learn and apply version control practices (Git) for branching, builds, and deployment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of PHP and familiarity with any PHP framework (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, etc.) is a

plus.

• Working knowledge of React.js, including components, hooks, and basic state management.

• Familiarity with any database (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar) — basic understanding of writing and optimizing

queries.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.

• Understanding of REST APIs and how front-end and back-end systems communicate.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks on the job.

• Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

• Basic understanding of Git / version control is a plus.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech — No prior work experience required.
