Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to work with our team.

• You will work closely with our Singapore-based research team, learning fundamental research methodologies and industry analysis, with hands-on experience in financial modeling and market research.

• This role offers exposure to various aspects of our business, including inputs into our Industry Models for semiconductors, AI accelerators, and datacenters.

• As part of your internship, you may have the opportunity to attend industry events and conferences in Singapore to learn about the broader ecosystem.

• This internship is designed to provide comprehensive training for students interested in pursuing a career in research and industry analysis.

• The role is remote, work anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic financial analysis and modeling techniques through structured training and hands-on practice.

• Assist with research tasks including data collection, market analysis, and industry trend monitoring.

• Help track and organize information from earnings calls, press releases, and industry publications.

• Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and research materials.

• Participate in team meetings and client calls to observe professional research practices.

• Complete assigned projects that contribute to ongoing research while developing your analytical skills.

• Engage in regular feedback sessions and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field.

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and eagerness to learn financial modeling techniques.

• Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.

• Solid research and analytical skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new software tools. Any experience with Python, financial modeling, or data analysis is a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint or similar presentation software preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated learner who can take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates the highest degree of integrity and transparency.

• Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

• Previous internship experience in finance, technology, or research is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated interest in semiconductors, AI, or technology sectors through coursework, projects, or personal interest.
