We are seeking an Associate, Analytics and Insights to support data-driven marketing and business process initiatives across Deloitte’s Clients, Strategy & Growth organization. In this role, you will analyze structured and unstructured data, generate insights, and help deliver reporting and visualization solutions that support business objectives. The role requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical capability, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the CS&G Digital team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing client, market, and marketing performance data to generate insights for business and marketing programs
• Writing SQL queries and performing data wrangling activities to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
• Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Qlik
• Supporting the delivery of data and reporting solutions by participating in testing, validation, and user management activities
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical outputs and reporting solutions

The team

U.S. India, Clients, Strategy & Growth (CS&G) drive the marketing programs, initiatives, and priority client-facing programs in the U.S. regions. India CSG is focused on quality and operational excellence, constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. The mission of CSG is to support, augment, and complement Deloitte's marketing efforts by developing marketing and business development materials and services.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience writing SQL queries and performing data wrangling activities
• Experience working with data warehousing concepts and enterprise-scale data warehouse environments
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, or similar business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, or test case execution for business requirements

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree
• Master of Business Administration degree
• Experience analyzing client, market, or marketing performance data
• Experience creating business intelligence visualizations for business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or waterfall software delivery environments
