Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and existing products.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy by advocating for the user experience.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design outputs.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is highly recommended.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in User Experience (UX) Design, focusing on creating seamless and effective user journeys.
• Proven ability in User Interface (UI) Design, crafting visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Proficiency with Wireframing Tools to quickly iterate on design concepts and layouts.
• A comprehensive understanding of UI/UX Design principles and best practices.
