Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver online coding classes to students across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Teach programming and technology subjects including Python, Web Development, Scratch, and Java.
• Conduct interactive and engaging live sessions that promote effective learning outcomes.
• Support students in understanding coding concepts through practical demonstrations and exercises.
• Conduct demo sessions for prospective students and showcase teaching effectiveness.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve learning outcomes.
• Address student queries and create a positive virtual classroom environment.
• Maintain professionalism and teaching quality in accordance with platform standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Web Development, Scratch, Java, or related programming technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach students across different age groups and learning levels.
• Comfortable conducting live coding demonstrations and interactive online sessions.
• Willingness to work night shifts based on US or UK schedules.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or coding instruction experience will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Available Shifts: 5 hours per day, 6 days per week (30 hours per week)
• US Shift:
  • Monday to Friday: 2:30 AM to 7:30 AM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Any 5 hours between 8:30 PM and 2:30 AM
• UK Shift:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 PM to 1:30 AM
• Compensation:
  • Regular Classes: ₹250 per hour
  • Demo Sessions: ₹200 per session
  • Demo Incentives: ₹500 to ₹1,200 based on conversions
• Growth-Based Earnings:
  • Classes 1–12: ₹250 per hour
  • Classes 13–24: ₹275 per hour
  • Compensation may increase up to ₹325 per hour based on performance
• Minimum Guaranteed Earnings:
  • US Shift: ₹6,250 per month
  • UK Shift: ₹4,000 per month
• Training: 10 days of platform training before onboarding

Selection Process:

• Audio and Video Screening Round with EduBloom
• Demo Round consisting of a presentation and live coding demonstration
• Assessment Round including coding questions and multiple-choice questions
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours of application review
