Job Overview

Hexaware Technologies is looking for motivated and detail-oriented MBA students to join the organization as Junior Management Trainees – 2026.

This program is designed to develop future leaders through exposure to multiple functional areas of the business. Selected candidates will work closely with senior leadership to solve real-world business challenges while gaining a holistic understanding of organizational operations.

The role is ideal for individuals who:

• Possess strong communication skills

• Can work independently as well as collaboratively within teams

Selected candidates will undergo extensive training and development programs covering:

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Compile data from various sources

• Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards for executive review

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows

• Propose Lean or Agile-based solutions to improve efficiency

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between junior staff and management

• Ensure clear communication of goals and feedback

Analytical Rigor

• Convert raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools

Leadership & Agility

• Demonstrate leadership experience through college fests, sports, or internships

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations

Presentation Skills

• Build and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams on assigned projects and tasks

Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program with a focus on Business Management or a related field

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.00 CGPA

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in:

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • Other relevant tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
