Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales initiatives across target accounts. This role provides hands-on exposure to lead generation, sales outreach, pipeline management, and customer engagement. Working closely with the sales leadership team, the intern will contribute to building a strong sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth efforts within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Research and identify potential customers, prospects, and partners aligned with our ideal customer profile.
  • Assist in lead generation activities through online research, databases, and sales tools.
  • Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns with ongoing initiatives.
  • Help prepare sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and product overviews.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain reports on lead status and pipeline progress.
  • Monitor customer responses and assist in follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to support sales messaging.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication for professional outreach.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or academic project experience in sales or business development.
  • Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Interest in technology sales or digital transformation domains.
