Job Description
Role Overview:
- Responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Experience & Qualification:
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Record Management:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage vendor payments and customer receivables
- Track outstanding balances and dues
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements regularly
Client Coordination & Collections:
- Send payment reminders to clients
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate collections
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance
