About TCS MBA HR Off Campus Hiring – Batch Of 2024 and 2025
Registration end date: 24th April 2026, Friday
Test date: 30th April 2026, Thursday

Application Process:
Step 1. Logon to the TCS NextStep portal Opens in new tab
Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive
Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep portal, 'IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to ‘Apply for Drive’. Upon applying for the drive, please proceed to complete the application form.
Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill in your details and click on ‘Apply for Drive’. Upon applying for the drive, please proceed to complete the application form.
Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-centre) and choose your preferred test centre & then click on ‘Apply’.
Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track your application’. The status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.
Important Note:
We will communicate on your registered email ID the test schedule and venue.
All your original academic documents to date must be submitted at the time of the interview (if shortlisted after test).

Eligibility:
Academic percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
Highest qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2024 and 2025 with MBA in HR/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource/Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in HRM/Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/Post Graduate Program in HRM or equivalent courses.
Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/extended education. Kindly note, appearing in backlog examinations after the stipulated course duration is considered as extended education.
Gap/Break in education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant document proof, as applicable to be produced for validation of reasons behind academic gap.
Course types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
Open schooling: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the graduation and post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to declare the same in the TCS application form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting the declared work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirements.
This hiring is primarily for Talent Acquisition roles (HR). Candidates with current/prior experience in recruitment-based roles would be preferred.
Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.
Test Pattern:
Mode of test: TCS MBA HR Off Campus test would be scheduled in person in TCS offices. The test schedule would be communicated to the candidates on their registered email ID.
Test Pattern: 90 minutes HR Subject test.
