Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Monitoring live feeds and customers' alarms to detect and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activities, and safety hazards.
• Analyze footage and reports to identify patterns, potential risks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement authorities to facilitate investigations and support evidence gathering when required.
• Ensuring calls are dealt with in accordance with company/client procedures

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make swift and accurate decisions under pressure.
• Background in a call centre environment (US/UK process preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
