Role & Responsibility:

● End to end ownership of the product, you will closely work with the product team to identify and solve users’ problems.

● You will own certain metrics of the products’ performance and drive initiatives towards improvement of those metrics.

● You will be responsible for driving innovation in product and technology development, while improving performance, scalability and maintainability.

● You will own the design, implementation and verification of initiatives .

Requirements:

● 1 - 3 years of software development, product development experience

● Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Django, Go, Reactjs etc), relational databases (PostgresQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc), Kubernates

● Constantly learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you

● Mentored and led a module.

● An initiator, drive for actions and problem solving

● Passionate to write good code and ready to elevate the standards and practices

● Excellent communication skills Qualification:

● B.E/BTech in IT or Computer Science

● Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.

Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week)
